In-person consultations take place at my address (near Matha 17160) and are intended for individuals living nearby in Charente and Charente-Maritime.

I also offer appointments via video conference (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams). Please specify the type of appointment you prefer when booking.

For in-person sessions, payment can be made by credit card or cash during the session.

Email-based nutrition counseling allows you to benefit from personalized, flexible, and accessible support, wherever you are. After analyzing your needs, goals, and eating habits, you receive clear, tailored recommendations directly via email.

Responses are provided within 48 hours, ensuring regular and responsive follow-up. This service is offered as a monthly subscription at €120.00, renewable according to your needs, giving you the freedom to adapt your support to your pace and goals.
